İzmir’de 26 yaşındaki Gözde Akbaba, hakkında uzaklaştırma kararı olan Lokman E. tarafından pusuya düşürülerek katledildi. Esnafın "Neden bu kadar vicdansız olduk?" sorusu, tüm ülkenin ortak feryadı oldu.

KONYA (Objektif Haber) – Kadın cinayetlerine karşı verilen mücadeleye rağmen, bir ocak daha söndürüldü. 19 Ocak akşamı İzmir Menemen’de yaşanan olayda, 33 yaşındaki Lokman E., saplantı haline getirdiği Gözde Akbaba’yı evinin girişinde pusu kurarak silahla ağır yaraladı. Hastanede iki gün boyunca yaşam mücadelesi veren genç Gözde, maalesef hayata tutunamadı. Zanlı, olaydan kısa süre sonra JASAT ekiplerince yakalanarak cezaevine gönderildi.

"Kalplerimiz Sızlıyor"

Olayın tanığı esnaf Fatih Şahin’in ifadeleri, sokaktaki dehşeti özetliyor: "Silah seslerini duyunca koştuk, hanımefendiyi yerde kanlar içinde bulduk. Ekipler çok hızlı geldi ama yetmedi. Hepimizin ailesi var, tüylerimiz ürperiyor. Neden bu kadar vicdansız olduk?"

Gözde Akbaba cinayetinde olduğu gibi, uzaklaştırma kararına rağmen pusuda bekleyen bu zihniyetin temelinde yatan psikolojik gerçekleri araştırdık. Uzmanlara göre "saplantılı takipçi" (stalker) profili şu nedenlerle oluşuyor:

1. Mülkiyet Duygusu: Katil, mağduru bir birey olarak değil, kendisine ait bir nesne olarak görür. Reddedilmeyi, "malı olan eşyanın elinden alınması" olarak algılar.
2. Yetersizlik Duygusu: Kendi kimliğini sadece karşı tarafın varlığı üzerinden tanımlayan bu kişiler, ayrılığı "yok olmak" gibi hisseder ve şiddete başvurur.
3. Hukuki Caydırıcılık Eksikliği: Uzaklaştırma kararının sadece bir kağıttan ibaret olduğu algısı, bu canileri pusuda bekleyecek kadar cesaretlendiriyor.

BU VAHŞETİ DURDURMAK İÇİN NE YAPILMALI?

Bu "saplantılı" döngüyü kırmak için artık kınamaktan daha fazlası yapılmalıdır:

• Elektronik Kelepçe: Uzaklaştırma kararı olan riskli şahıslara istisnasız elektronik kelepçe takılmalı, mağdura yaklaştığı an sistem alarm vermelidir.
• Toplumsal Farkındalık: Şiddet eğilimi gösteren kişiler "seviyor" denilerek değil, "tehlikeli" denilerek dışlanmalı ve tedaviye zorlanmalıdır.
• Ağırlaştırılmış Cezalar: Bu tür "pusu" ve "planlı" cinayetlerde hiçbir hafifletici sebep (iyi hal vb.) uygulanmamalıdır.

Gözde Akbaba’ya Allah’tan rahmet, kederli ailesine başsağlığı dileriz. Hiçbir kadın, "hayır" dediği için ölümü hak etmez!

On the evening of January 19, in Menemen, Izmir, 33-year-old Lokman E. ambushed Gözde Akbaba, whom he had become obsessed with, at the entrance to her home and shot her. Young Gözde fought for her life in the hospital for two days but sadly did not survive. The suspect was arrested by JASAT teams shortly after the incident and sent to prison.

The statements of Fatih Şahin, a shopkeeper who witnessed the incident, summarize the horror on the street: “When we heard the gunshots, we ran and found the lady lying on the ground covered in blood. Sense of Ownership: The killer sees the victim not as an individual, but as an object belonging to them. They perceive rejection as “taking away their property.”

Sense of Inadequacy: These individuals, who define their identity solely through the presence of the other party, feel that separation means “ceasing to exist” and resort to violence.

Lack of Legal Deterrence: The perception that a restraining order is merely a piece of paper emboldens these murderers to lie in wait.

WHAT SHOULD BE DONE TO STOP THIS VIOLENCE?

To break this “obsessive” cycle, more must be done than condemnation:

Electronic Ankle Bracelets: Risky individuals subject to restraining orders should be fitted with electronic ankle bracelets without exception, and the system should sound an alarm the moment they approach the victim.

Social Awareness: Individuals who show a tendency toward violence should be ostracized and forced into treatment, not excused as “loving.”

Harsher Penalties: No mitigating circumstances (good behavior, etc.) should be applied in such “ambush” and “premeditated” murders.

We pray for God's mercy upon Gözde Akbaba and offer our condolences to her grieving family. No woman deserves to die for saying “no”!
